Compass Associates is partnering with a national care provider to appoint an experienced Regional Support Manager. The organisation operates a portfolio of elderly care homes across the UK and is well regarded for its commitment to high-quality, resident-focused care. This role will focus on supporting homes across Essex and Cambridge, working closely with senior operational leadership to drive quality, strengthen home management teams, and support continuous service improvement. As Regional Support Manager, you will play a key role within the wider Regional Management structure, offering hands-on operational and clinical expertise to ensure homes consistently deliver safe, effective, and compliant care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide hands-on operational and clinical guidance to care homes across the region
  • Act as a key point of support for Home Managers and senior teams
  • Help strengthen leadership capability within services

Requirements:
