Compass Associates is partnering with a national care provider to appoint an experienced Regional Support Manager. The organisation operates a portfolio of elderly care homes across the UK and is well regarded for its commitment to high-quality, resident-focused care. This role will focus on supporting homes across Essex and Cambridge, working closely with senior operational leadership to drive quality, strengthen home management teams, and support continuous service improvement. As Regional Support Manager, you will play a key role within the wider Regional Management structure, offering hands-on operational and clinical expertise to ensure homes consistently deliver safe, effective, and compliant care.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide hands-on operational and clinical guidance to care homes across the region
  • Act as a key point of support for Home Managers and senior teams
  • Help strengthen leadership capability within services
  • Support the consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant care
  • Deliver targeted support to selected homes, offering coaching and practical guidance
  • Assess performance through the review of quality indicators, governance information, and operational metrics
  • Complete quality and compliance reviews in partnership with internal clinical and quality teams
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of structured improvement plans with clearly defined actions and measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Home Manager, Regional Support, or Quality-focused role
  • Registered Nurse with a strong clinical and governance background
  • Flexible to travel across homes covering Essex and Cambridge
