Requirements:

  • Proven experience recruiting dentists, hygienists, or similar healthcare professionals within a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • A strong understanding of self-employed clinician models, associate agreements, and local dental market dynamics
  • A customer-focused mindset, always acting with clinics, clinicians, and patients in mind
  • Excellent organisation and data literacy, with the ability to balance pace and quality
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted recruitment partner
