Job Description:

Full-time Clinical Receptionist for Hey Baby 4D, a private 4D ultrasound clinic in Halton, Leeds. The role involves joining a small friendly team at a bespoke clinic, providing a professional service within a warm and welcoming environment, with customers and their families at the heart of everything.

Job Responsibility:

Alternate weekend working
Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
Taking payments in cash and by card
Acting as a Chaperone where required (you will be asked to complete a short qualification for this)
Completing paperwork to confirm that various processes have been undertaken
Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
Responding to messages from customers on the chat function
Opening and locking up the clinic as required
Keeping the clinic tidy and organised
Conducting stock takes of products
Completing job-specific training modules provided by management

Requirements:

Registered to work in the UK
At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position, with available references
Excellent IT, verbal, and written communication skills
Satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) performed prior to commencement of employment
Must maintain a satisfactory DBS throughout employment
Must be at least 18 years of age
