As a Lead, Quality Compliance at ICON, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations and projects meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. What You Will Do: Your focus will be on coordinating quality assurance and compliance delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability. Key responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining the quality compliance program to ensure alignment with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Overseeing internal and external audits, including planning, execution, and follow-up on corrective actions to ensure continuous compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and compliance requirements into daily operations and project workflows. Developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) and ensuring continuous improvement of compliance processes. Monitoring and reporting on compliance performance, including risk management and the identification of potential areas for improvement. Ensuring that all staff are trained and aware of compliance requirements, regulations, and best practices through regular training sessions and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, regulatory affairs, or a related field is preferred, with extensive experience in quality compliance or quality assurance
  • Proven experience in managing compliance programs, quality management systems, and audit processes within a regulated environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and maintain high standards of compliance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external regulatory bodies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in identifying compliance risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance
