Ellie Mental Health (“Ellie”) is rapidly expanding across Southwest Florida, and we are seeking a Part Time Psychologist (PsyD or PhD in clinical psychology) to join our outpatient mental health clinics in Naples and Estero serving Collier and Lee County, Florida. Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more. The role will be primarily located in either our Naples or Estero locations, with flexibility for some remote work. We offer a blended service model with in-person and tele-health options. Job Responsibility:

  • Clinical supervision of registered interns (RMHCI, RCSWI, and RMFTI) to assist with case conceptualization, treatment plans, and documentation
  • Direct clinical services for clients (individuals, families, groups) utilizing evidenced-based modalities to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Review and revise documentation of services provided by registered interns that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Attend and participate in all clinical team meetings and trainings
  • Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director and/or Owner in a reasonable & professional time frame

Requirements:

  • Candidates are required to have a doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Active clinical licensure (PsyD or PhD) in the State of Florida
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in supervising graduate interns and/or post-doctoral fellows in psychology or related fields
  • Multicultural competence in mental health
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Nice to have:

Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required
