GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician
NHS hospital experience required (Clinical MMT experience preferred)
Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to work independently & within a team

Job Responsibility

Support the Medicines Management Team (MMT) to ensure the safe & effective use of medicines across the hospital
Carry out clinical screening & medicines reconciliation
Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Dispense prescriptions accurately & provide expert medicines advice to staff and patients
Contribute to the high-quality delivery of pharmacy services within the hospital
