Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)
ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency or 3 years of experience in clinical pharmacy
License to practice Pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Virginia required within 90 days of hire
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Responsibility

Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services both pre- and post-transplantation
Collaborate with acute care pharmacy staff during the transplant hospitalization
Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents
Offer an elective rotation for solid organ transplant
Engage in longitudinal projects including research, medication use evaluation, and process improvement initiatives
