Job Description:

This role involves delivering clinical pharmacy services across general medical and surgical wards, with potential ICU work based on experience, in a supportive NHS setting.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting medication reviews and supporting prescribing decisions
Providing expert guidance to ward staff and clinicians
Monitoring treatment plans and ensuring safe, evidence-based care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
Previous hospital ward-based experience is essential
Confidence in managing a varied clinical caseload
Strong communication and team-working skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
