Job Description:

Hunter AHP have a brilliant opportunity for a clinical pharmacist to join a large NHS hospital service in Oxfordshire. This is a full-time locum position, ideal for pharmacists with prior hospital experience looking to expand their clinical knowledge in a dynamic and supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Clinical ward-based work across a range of specialties including Care of the Elderly (COTE), general medical, and surgical wards
  • Medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, patient reviews, and liaising with the MDT
  • Supporting the pharmacy team with clinical duties across the hospital

Requirements:

  • GPhC-registered pharmacist
  • Prior hospital experience (ideally clinical ward-based)
  • Band 7 or 8a experience preferred
