Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join a reputable NHS hospital in Basingstoke on a locum basis. This is a clinical ward-based role offering flexibility with working days and the potential to move into a permanent position.

Job Responsibility:

Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatient wards
Medicines reconciliation, prescription screening, and discharge planning
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care
Provide advice on safe and effective use of medicines

Requirements:

GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
Previous NHS hospital experience in a clinical setting
Band 7-level competence
Ability to start as soon as possible
