Job Description

Are you a Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding, part-time locum role in a GP surgery in Kent? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility for a minimum 6-month contract.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct structured medication reviews and medicines reconciliation
  • Manage and complete DOTMAN letters (prescribing experience preferred)
  • Support with QOF work, clinical searches, and audits
  • File and follow up on blood results, ensuring monitoring is completed
  • Contribute to service development and ongoing care optimisation

Requirements

  • Independent Prescribing qualification (essential due to ARRS funding)
  • Completion of or current enrolment in CPPE Primary Care Training Pathway
  • Proven GP surgery experience and ability to hit the ground running
  • EMIS Web experience
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
  • Confidence working on-site in a multidisciplinary team
