Job Description:

Are you a Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Lewisham? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility! Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a GP surgery setting.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive medication reviews and optimisation
contribute to long-term condition management
deliver evidence-based prescribing and clinical services
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective prescribing
maintain accurate patient records using EMIS

Requirements:

completion of the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway
prior GP practice experience
experience using EMIS clinical system
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
