Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated and clinically driven Clinical Pharmacist to join our growing hospital pharmacy team. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based medication therapy for our patients. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, the Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing, verifying, preparing, and dispensing medication orders while providing clinical guidance and medication-related support across the organization. This position plays an important role in patient safety, interdisciplinary collaboration, pharmacy operations, and clinical initiatives, including support of the pharmacy residency program.
