Job Description:

This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a flexible and well-supported locum role in a highly regarded NHS trust. You’ll be delivering clinical pharmacy services across a rotational ward setting depending on your experience – the hospital is happy to accommodate your ward preferences wherever possible.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting medication reviews and supporting prescribing decisions
Providing expert guidance to ward staff and clinicians
Monitoring treatment plans and ensuring safe, evidence-based care
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
Previous hospital ward-based experience is essential
Confidence in managing a varied clinical caseload
Strong communication and team-working skills
Able to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
