Job Description:

Are you a Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding, part time locum role in a GP surgery? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Job Responsibility:

Conduct structured medication reviews and medicines reconciliation
Manage and complete DOTMAN letters (prescribing experience preferred)
Support with QOF work, clinical searches, and audits
File and follow up on blood results, ensuring monitoring is completed
Contribute to service development and ongoing care optimisation

Requirements:

Independent Prescribing qualification (essential due to ARRS funding)
Completion of or current enrolment in CPPE Primary Care Training Pathway
Proven GP surgery experience and ability to hit the ground running
EMIS Web experience
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Confidence working on-site in a multidisciplinary team
