Job Responsibility:
Provide a quality level of comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services demonstrating sound judgment based upon knowledge and application of professional, departmental, and organizational principles and standards
Demonstrate an ability to coordinate subordinate activities by providing direction and guidance concerning the operational activities of the department
Requirements:
Bachelor or Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
1 year of pharmacist experience + certification
BLS-CPR
Active State Pharmacist License in good standing in the state in which the employee works: PHARM:XX
Board Certification in a Pharmacy Specialty, based on the specialty title under which the employee works
