Job Description

As our Clinical Ambulatory Services Pharmacist, you will be a central figure ensuring safe and effective medication management for outpatients, directly collaborating with providers to optimize pharmaceutical care and enhance patient recovery. You will critically impact patient well-being within our primary care clinics.

Job Responsibility

  • Review prescriptions for potential drug interactions, correct dosing, and patient allergies
  • Apply expert judgment to identify and resolve concerns before dispensing
  • Proactively engage providers and educate patients
  • Build trust and deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care
  • Combine clinical acumen with a commitment to optimal outcomes and an outstanding ambulatory patient experience

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Active and Unrestricted Pharmacist License in good standing with the State of Washington

Nice to have

  • Pharm.D. with completion of three years of practice experience with at least 50% of time spent in ambulatory care activities
  • Completion of a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy residency
  • Completion of a PGY1 residency plus one year of practice experience with at least 50% of time spent in ambulatory care activities
