Job Description:

Join our client’s team as a Clinical Pharmacist in a private hospital setting, working on ward-based duties. In this role, you will perform comprehensive medication reviews for inpatients, provide expert advice on medication management and optimisation, deliver evidence-based treatments to improve patient outcomes, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, and maintain accurate patient records.
