Job Responsibility

Plan daily workforce requirements for each operational location in line with operational demand
Allocate staff to rosters based on skillsets, vetting levels, and role requirements
Organise, approve, and record overtime in line with operational need and company policy
Produce daily staff sheets showing staff deployment across all locations
Liaise directly with team members via phone, email, and face-to-face to agree shifts, swaps, overtime, and leave
Work closely with Operations, HR, and other stakeholders to resolve resourcing issues
Maintain accurate workforce, rostering, and overtime trackers using Microsoft Excel
Ensure data is kept up to date, accurate, and compliant with company requirements
