Clinical Peripatetic Home Manager

Compass Associates is working on a confidential basis with an established care provider in the recruitment of a Peripatetic Manager covering the South West. This position is offering the opportunity to join a stable, well-performing region with a strong group of nursing homes rated good to outstanding. The successful candidate will provide clinical oversight and hands-on operational support across multiple sites, reporting to the Regional Manager. Rather than moving between homes daily, the Peripatetic Manager embeds at individual services for focused periods, providing leadership continuity where it is needed most.
