Schedule: Overnights Area of Coverage: Lake Ariel Full Benefits Package: See below more details PAY RATE $26-$30/hr We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a 17-year-old teen with complex medical needs related to a congenital condition affecting growth and development. This role focuses on promoting safety, comfort, independence, and quality of life in a supportive home environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing skilled nursing care in the home setting
  • Monitoring health status and responding to changes appropriately
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assisting with activities of daily living as needed
  • Supporting mobility, positioning, and comfort
  • Communicating clearly with family members and healthcare providers

Requirements

  • Current LPN or RN license in good standing
