Experience in consultant support and clinic coordination
Experience with patient administration and bookings
Experience with clinic operations including stock management
Experience with finance and payment processing

Job Responsibility

Work closely with consultants to coordinate their clinic diaries and appointment schedules
Act as a key point of contact for patients and consultants regarding patient bookings, follow-ups, and clinic needs
Ensure smooth running of consultant sessions, including preparation of clinic rooms and materials
Send referrals to third-party providers and monitor progress
Liaise with clinical team to ensure results are tracked, followed up, and sent to appropriate parties
Support internal communication and care coordination between multidisciplinary teams
Welcome patients and visitors to the clinic
Manage patient bookings, cancellations, and enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with GDPR and clinic policies
Assist patients with queries relating to their care pathway or appointments
