Together we are seeking a HCPC registered Psychologist to join this growing team. Work with adults presenting with both mild to moderate, and more complex emotional and relational difficulties, often including neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and autism
Use specialist therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Schema Therapy, DBT, or trauma-informed models
Participate in comprehensive psychological assessments including ADOS (if trained)
Maintain excellent clinical records and contribute to audit and service improvement projects
Requirements:
HCPC registration (Clinical or Counselling Psychologist)
Interest or experience in working with neurodiversity (ADHD, autism)
Confidence in working relationally with long-term therapy clients
Strong communication, formulation, and therapeutic skills
Nice to have:
Training in EMDR, Schema Therapy, Couples Therapy, or DBT
Neurodevelopmental assessment experience
Experience working systemically or with families
