Together we are seeking a HCPC registered Psychologist to join this growing team. Job Responsibility

  • Deliver evidence-based, formulation-driven psychological therapy
  • Work with adults presenting with both mild to moderate, and more complex emotional and relational difficulties, often including neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and autism
  • Use specialist therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Schema Therapy, DBT, or trauma-informed models
  • Participate in comprehensive psychological assessments including ADOS (if trained)
  • Maintain excellent clinical records and contribute to audit and service improvement projects

Requirements

  • HCPC registration (Clinical or Counselling Psychologist)
  • Interest or experience in working with neurodiversity (ADHD, autism)
  • Confidence in working relationally with long-term therapy clients
  • Strong communication, formulation, and therapeutic skills

Nice to have

  • Training in EMDR, Schema Therapy, Couples Therapy, or DBT
  • Neurodevelopmental assessment experience
  • Experience working systemically or with families
