Job Description

Our patient base in Germany is projected to grow rapidly - 5X in a year. This scale-up will increase our monthly consultations volumes & require us growing our doctor team. As a Clinical Operations Associate (f/m/d), you will play a critical role in ensuring that we: can safely and efficiently scale clinical capacity in Germany, and maintain the highest patient-safety and care standards as we grow. This role sits at the heart of clinical operations, working closely with doctors, clinical leadership, product, and operational partners to build the systems, processes, and relationships that enable sustainable, safe growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage doctor capacity and performance to support rapid patient growth, including scheduling and third-party provider relationships
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new practitioners as the team scales
  • Maintain safe, clear clinical protocols and patient content, ensuring alignment with EUC and German standards
  • Provide clinical input into new services, tools, workflows, and AI features
  • Document and streamline processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and quality
  • Lead operational and clinical improvement projects that enhance performance and safety
  • Support strategic decision-making through research and clinical/market insights

Requirements

  • Operationally strong: confident navigating tools, systems, dashboards, and Google Sheets (comfortable with data and structured problem-solving)
  • Clinical background in research, medical development, pharmacy, clinical operations, or a similar field
  • Strong stakeholder management, ideally with experience managing external/3rd-party providers
  • Experience in digital healthcare or a scaling health-tech environment
  • Fluent German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where ambiguity is normal and ownership is high

Nice to have

  • Experience in weight-loss care, metabolic health, or GLP-1–based treatments
  • Ex-consulting or operations experience (structured thinking, project ownership, analytical skills)
