At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking Clinical Operations Assistants to join our Latin American team. As a Clinical Operations Assistant, you will be joining a fast-paced, driven environment that is helping to make life-changing difference to patients. The role of the Clinical Operations Assistant (COA) is to support Clinical Research Associates and assigned Project Team with administrative tasks, site payments, management of site supplies, trial master file related tasks, and limited site facing tasks to support the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of the trials.

Job Responsibility

  • Tracking, scanning, filing, entry and return of Case Report Forms to clients for assigned projects
  • managing documents in the electronic document management system
