Clinical Nurse

Permanent | Full Time The Becton Centre, one of the UK's largest providers of specialist Tier 4 CAMHS, is looking for a dedicated registered nurse to join our established team. We provide assessment, care, and treatment for young people with complex mental health, emotional, and behavioural challenges across three units: Emerald Lodge (up to 13 years), Sapphire Lodge (13-18), and Ruby Lodge (learning disabilities and mental health, up to 18). As part of a supportive, diverse team, you will deliver direct clinical care, assess and plan nursing care, coordinate shift activities, and ensure the needs of young people and their families are met. We offer a full induction, ongoing training, clinical supervision, and Preceptorship for newly qualified nurses, with opportunities to develop in your role.
