Master's in Nursing from a nationally accredited program that prepares the graduate as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
5 Years of Clinical Nursing experience
CNS experience preferred
Registered Nurse License (State of Florida)
BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)
Certification in specialty required within one year of hire
As appropriate to clinical specialty area: ACLS// TNCC// ENPC or PALS required within one year of hire.

Clinical Nurse Specialist track is preferred

Participates in local and national professional activities and organizations to promote the educational and professional growth of self and others within DFCI and the community
Provides content expertise as needed
Collaborates with Professional Development Specialist on curriculum development based on Learning Needs Assessment results
