A recognised Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification
Experience supervising engineering teams within commercial, healthcare, or public sector environments

Job Responsibility

Supervise planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric services
Manage engineering resources, subcontractors, and CAFM systems to ensure effective service delivery
Review and develop Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes to maximise asset performance
Monitor compliance, performance, and maintenance standards across the contract
Support financial management, including resource planning, invoicing, and contractor performance.
