Job Description:

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting an experienced Clinical Nurse Manger 2 on behalf of a 60+ bedded independent Nursing Home based in West Limerick. This is a full time permanent role working 39 hours per week. On call is required every third weekend. We are looking for a candidate with ambition to progress to Director of Nursing level in the next 3 to 5 years. The post holder will work closely and be support by the ADON and DON.

Requirements:

  • Full NMBI registration
  • BSc in Nursing
  • Eligible to live and work in Ireland
  • 2 years previous experience operating at CNM level
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills

Nice to have:

  • Leadership/Management course highly desirable
  • Post grad in Dementia, gerontology or palliative care highly desirable
