• Provide, coordinate and document direct/indirect age-specific and developmentally appropriate quality patient-centered care
• Perform the nursing process (assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation)
• Apply theoretical concepts to clinical practice

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• If hired prior to April 1, 2020, an Associate Degree or Diploma Degree in Nursing required
• Minimum of one year experience required
• Demonstrates basic competencies in clinical nursing
• Basic knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation required
• Speak, read and write legibly in English (and Spanish preferred)
• Use computer, printer and software programs necessary to the position
• Troubleshoot and calibrate patient care equipment
• Perform technical patient care activities
• Relate and communicate positively, effectively and professionally with others
• Be assertive and consistent in following and/or enforcing policies
