Job Description:

A Clinical Negligence Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a leading Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. The successful candidate will handle clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and defendant clients.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a full caseload of clinical negligence claims
working with NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and other defendant clinical negligence clients

Requirements:

Proven track record in a Defendant Clinical Negligence team within a similar commercial firm
experience handling clinical negligence claims
legal expertise related to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and defendant clinical negligence clients
