Job Description:

A Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Fee Earner is wanted for a position with a national Legal 500 law firm in York. The role involves managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims, working in an award-winning team recognised for its expertise and high service delivery standards.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a full and varied caseload
Maintain high levels of service delivery at all times
Handle clinical negligence claims
Manage caseloads from inception to conclusion

Requirements:

Experience as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Fee Earner
Ability to manage a full and varied caseload from inception to conclusion
High levels of service delivery
Experience level determines the level of work managed in each case
