Job Description:

A Legal 500-recognised firm with a strong reputation for handling complex, high-value clinical negligence matters is seeking passionate and driven lawyers to join their leading team in Surrey. The role involves handling high-value, life-changing claims, including obstetric and birth injury cases, cancer misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis, and fatal claims. Lawyers work alongside experienced specialists and manage their own files based on their level of experience. The firm offers a supportive environment, career development opportunities, and prides itself on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Job Responsibility:

Work alongside experienced specialists on a varied and rewarding caseload of clinical negligence claims
Take responsibility for your own files and/or assist senior solicitors on larger matters

Requirements:

NQ to 4 years’ PQE in clinical negligence (or a strong interest and experience in personal injury with a desire to specialise)
Strong client care skills and a compassionate approach
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on complex legal and medical issues
A team player who’s eager to develop and contribute to a respected, supportive team
