Job Description:

A highly ranked Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their highly respected Medical Negligence team in Manchester. Within this role you will work closely with a leading partner known for their work in high-value, complex clinical negligence matters, including catastrophic injuries, birth and gynaecological claims, cancer misdiagnosis and spinal and brain injuries.

Job Responsibility:

Manage your own caseload of litigated claimant clinical negligence matters
Assist on high-value, complex cases across a range of medical disciplines
Provide clear, compassionate, and accurate legal advice to clients
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Build strong relationships with clients, experts, and counsel

Requirements:

3+ years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence (Claimant experience preferred)
Comfortable running your own caseload, including litigated files
Proven ability to provide empathetic, client-focused advice
A team player who is also confident working independently
Experience supporting on complex, high-value claims
