Job Description:

The team represents claimants and their families following on from poor medical treatment, files are often high value and complex.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a wide range of your own clinical negligence files
Providing advice to clients on sensitive matters
Drafting witness statements and pleadings
Reviewing medical reports

Requirements:

Previous experience within Clinical Negligence
Good understanding and knowledge of CPR and the law relating to clinical negligence
