Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team within a firm that is going through a period of major growth, meaning there will be lots of opportunities to progress over the next couple of years.

Job Responsibility:

  • responsible for a mixed caseload of Clinical Negligence matters to include misdiagnosis, prescription errors, dental negligence and surgical errors from inception to completion
  • assist the head of department on a caseload of higher value, catastrophic cases

Requirements:

  • strong claimant Clinical Negligence experience
  • comfortable running a caseload of multi-track cases from inception to completion
