Clinical Negligence Senior Associate

The role has come about due to recent, continued growth and you will predominantly be acting for NHSR and private providers. You will be handling your own caseload of consisting of fast track and multi-track files, as well as assisting Partners on their high value caseload well into the millions. You will also be supervising more junior fee earners and getting involved in business development. You will also have the opportunity to specialise in a specific area of Clinical Negligence. For example, if you have a particular interest in birth injury you will be encouraged to pursue this area and work alongside other specialist lawyers learning from their experience.
