Opportunity to act for NHSR and private providers; supervise junior staff; handle high value cases; specialize in Clinical Negligence fields such as birth injury; work in a top tier UK law firm

Job Responsibility:

  • handling own caseload of fast track and multi-track files
  • assisting Partners on high value cases
  • supervising junior fee earners
  • participating in business development
  • specializing in a specific area of Clinical Negligence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years PQE
  • previous clinical negligence experience

Nice to have:

  • experience in a specific area of Clinical Negligence, such as birth injury
  • business development skills
