Opportunity to act for NHSR and private providers; supervise junior staff; handle high value cases; specialize in Clinical Negligence fields such as birth injury; work in a top tier UK law firm

Job Responsibility:

handling own caseload of fast track and multi-track files
assisting Partners on high value cases
supervising junior fee earners
participating in business development
specializing in a specific area of Clinical Negligence

Requirements:

5+ years PQE
previous clinical negligence experience

Nice to have:

experience in a specific area of Clinical Negligence, such as birth injury
business development skills
