Job Description:

The role involves acting for NHSR and private providers, handling a caseload of fast track and multi-track files, assisting Partners on high value cases, supervising junior fee earners, and getting involved in business development. There is an opportunity to specialize in a specific area of Clinical Negligence.

Job Responsibility:

  • getting involved in business development

Requirements:

5+ years PQE with previous clinical negligence experience

Nice to have:

particular interest in birth injury
