Job Responsibility:

Managing a caseload of catastrophic Clinical Negligence matters predominantly on behalf of NHS Resolution
Providing supervision to more junior members of the team

Requirements:

Strong previous experience of handling high value clinical negligence cases
Experience of taking on extra responsibilities such as supervising a team or business development
