Job Description

A Top Tier law firm seeks a Paralegal to join their Clinical Negligence team in Bath. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in clinical negligence or personal injury, looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic team.

Job Responsibility

  • Support fee earners on complex cases and manage lower-value claims under supervision
  • Draft legal documents and conduct research
  • Maintain accurate file management and adhere to confidentiality policies
  • Contribute to business development and attend BD events
  • Time-record and work towards fee targets

Requirements

  • Previous legal experience (ideally in clinical negligence or PI)
  • Strong organisational and written communication skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and legal software
  • Ambitious, proactive, and client-focused
