A Clinical Negligence Paralegal/Litigation Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50, national law firm based in Leeds. The role involves managing the full range of Clinical Negligence claims and offers great benefits, a pleasant working environment, and opportunities for development.

Job Responsibility:

Manage full range of clinical negligence claims including birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopaedic injury, misdiagnosis/delay in cancer, cerebral palsy, amputations, fatal negligence, neonatel and obstetrics & gynaecology.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within clinical negligence
  • personal injury background wanting to transition to medical negligence
  • hard working.
