• Managing a caseload of medical negligence claims from initial investigation through to resolution
• Drafting clear and accurate correspondence, pleadings and case documentation
• Providing regular, empathetic communication to clients, many of whom are experiencing difficult and sensitive circumstances
• Preparing high-quality legal documents, correspondence and evidence assessments, while maintaining accurate electronic files and accurate time recording
• Attending court, conducting advocacy where appropriate, or instructing counsel on more complex cases

Clinical Negligence Lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with 2+ years' post-qualification experience
