Job Responsibility:

Act as 'second in command' to the Senior Associate
Work alongside the Senior Associate on a caseload of high value, complex clinical negligence claims with a primary focus on birth injury and spinal injury
Manage your own smaller caseload

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5 years' PQE
Strong Clinical Negligence background
Good litigation experience
