Job Description:

Douglas Scott is recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Associate to join a top-tier national defendant law firm's prestigious Healthcare team in Manchester. You will handle a high-value caseload with complex and varied matters such as birth injuries, surgical errors, and misdiagnosis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working on a high value caseload from inception to completion
  • Casework including birth injuries, surgical errors, misdiagnosis, and fatal claims

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE
  • Previous experience within a defendant Clinical Negligence role
