My client, a national top-tier law firm, is recruiting a Clinical Negligence Associate for their growing team in Birmingham with a 96% litigation success rate.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated matters on behalf of NHSR and insurers
Continue the Development of relationships with NHS Resolution and insurer clients
Opportunities to get involved in strategic business development initiatives

Requirements:

3–8 years PQE
Previous defendant clinical negligence experience
A proactive, client-focused approach
