Job Description:

The role involves acting for NHSR and private providers, handling a caseload of fast track and multi-track files, and assisting Partners on high value cases. There is an opportunity to specialise in a specific area of Clinical Negligence, such as birth injury.

Job Responsibility:

Handling own caseload of fast track and multi-track files
Assisting Partners on high value caseload
Specialising in a specific area of Clinical Negligence

Requirements:

1 - 5 years PQE with previous clinical negligence experience
