Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join a long-established law firm with a genuine passion for achieving the best possible outcome for their clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • managing a varied caseload of complex Clinical Negligence matters from inception to completion to include misdiagnosis, surgical errors, prescriptions errors and birth injuries
  • working alongside a more senior lawyer on catastrophic Clinical Negligence matters

Requirements:

  • minimum of 2 years' PQE
  • strong experience of handling a Clinical Negligence caseload from inception to completion
