Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a strong reputation on the Healthcare Law market where you will have access to top quality work and fantastic career prospects. As a Clinical Negligence Associate, you will be working alongside a Senior Associate or Partner on a caseload of catastrophic clinical negligence claims in addition to running your own smaller caseload alongside this. You will gain exposure to varied and complex work and there will be lots of opportunity to progress as you develop within the role.

Job Responsibility:

working alongside a Senior Associate or Partner on a caseload of catastrophic clinical negligence claims
running your own smaller caseload

Requirements:

1-5 years' PQE
previous experience of handling or assisting on Clinical Negligence cases, either claimant or defendant
strong defendant Personal Injury experience
