Job Responsibility:

  • working alongside a Senior Associate or Partner on a caseload of catastrophic clinical negligence claims
  • running your own smaller caseload

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years' PQE
  • previous experience of handling or assisting on Clinical Negligence cases
  • strong defendant Personal Injury experience
